Do I need to assemble ZERO-G BED by myself?

Self-Assembly – ZERO-G BEDS has a basic and very simple assembly procedure that can be done with simple tool like a spanner which will be provided along with the kit. We will also mail you the video and PDF of the automatic hospital bed assembly guide once you place your order.

What do I get when I order a ZERO-G BED?

1 Head board, 1 Foot board, 2 Base Sides, 1 Base Slate with actuators attached, 12 Bolts, 1 Spanner, 1 Control Box and 1 Remote Control. (Special offer: 1 Free Latex Mattress with every bed – offer valid till 30th June 2018)

Will the colours be exactly the same as it appears on the swatches?

We try our best for you get what you to see in the swatches. However, due to factors like studio lightings, screen resolution etc. which differ from device to device, there is a possibility of minor differences in colour.

Different parts of ZERO-G BEDS are covered against manufacturing defects as follows:

Plywood & Laminate: 5 years from the date of purchase
Electronic parts & Electrical assembly (including remote control unit): 1 year from the date of purchase

You are required to present a copy of the invoice when making any claim against the above Warranty.

This product is designed to give you long years of hassle-free service.
A few precautions are worth noting:

Do not expose the ZERO-G BED to direct sunlight, rain, etc.
The base (on which the mattress rests, consists of 4 sections. the positions of 3 of those sections are not fixed – they can be adjusted. If you wish to sit on the adjustable sections, please make sure that they are horizontal, before you do so
Kids should not jump on the bed – especially when the panels are at an angle
