ZERO-G BEDS believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• After you place the order, if for some reason you wish to cancel, you may do so within the next 24 hours. After this time, the product will be in production and hence it will not be possible to cancel the same.
• Please allow us 7-10 days time to refund the amount paid by you.
• Please note however, that if you have asked for urgent delivery or same day delivery, your order cannot be cancelled.
